Friday my younger (and only sister) visited me most od the day. It has been over 3 years since she has been here from her home in Canada. Her husband has recovered very well from a life saving liver transplanted from a son and looks well. I probably bored them showing off some of my book collection and other memorabilia. My daughter Nadine joined us and we went to lunch at the Golden Corral and kept up on the news of her large family. We also visited with George who is an old friend from our home in South Dakota. They agreed that they would not have recognized each other on the street. It had been about 40 tears since they had seen each other so it was a pleasant time in George's lovely home. I hope it won't be so long till I see her again.
I spent much of the weekend organizing my 500 0r so photos from my recent trip to China and Tibet. It was my 3rd time to China (1980 and 1984). What dramatic changes.
