I guess I should report on my annual physical. Everything is fine. As usual my good cholesterol was 34 (normal range 40-96) but total 139 (range 172-99). triglyceride 92 (60-149). I do need to take an aspirin a day but that is all. Ive probably only taken between 5-10 during my whole life so I guess I'll catch up a little. No aches or pains, a bit of wax in my ears, and of course my hearing needs assistance. So again I feel very blessed. I"m sure living the Word of Wisdom has helped.

Another blessing is my eye. If the light is bright I can read without glasses. And since there is only one there is no stress between two and it does not get tired like many people complain of that have two.
